A gourmet restaurant with Provencal flavours
With almost 40 years' experience in the kitchen (including many trips to France, Switzerland and Italy) and the title of Tour de France companion (acquired in 1989), Chef Dominique Grisoni, a native of the Var region, pays homage to his beloved land.
A certified Maître Restaurateur and member of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises, Dominique is passionate about creating new recipes. His motivation comes from his products and the art of bringing them to their best. Respecting the seasons, he creates a modern cuisine full of creativity. His speciality, the 'Souris d'agneau', is one of his signature dishes, delighting both regular customers and visitors passing through on their way to Isère.
Its dynamic menu changes from gastronomic (restaurant open for lunch and dinner) to bistronomic cuisine (with a daily menu available only at lunchtime on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays).
In summer, you can enjoy its fine dishes on the pleasant terrace.

A truly accomplished artist, Dominique is just as talented at expressing her creativity and sensitivity in watercolours. His paintings, dedicated to the establishments that have marked his career, enliven the walls of the restaurant's dining rooms.
